This property is competely good value. The staff are wonderful, the amenities are wonderful, the food is wonderful, and I love the sauna, the jaccuzi and the skypool. Swimming on top of the world and eating authentic Thai dinner in the pool at one of the three in pool tables while sipping on pina coladas watching the sun go down - it doesnt get better.

The management and staff provide a personalised service. From the minute we arrived to our departure, we were made to feel welcome and evert care was taken to take care of our needs. The rooms are spacious, the staff very friendly (especially Mr Sun), the food is exceptional and the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna of the highest standard. Hotel Pacific Club is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled a lot! The prices are incredibly reasonable given the care and amenities they offer. Our three children (aged 17, 19, and 20) loved it equally as much. Their dining room food was delicious as were the breakfasts that we had there. Our hotel rooms, pool area, spa, etc. were beautiful and comfortable. The staff could NOT have been any nicer or friendlier…like…everyone. If you can, stay at this beautiful and authentically decorated Thai hotel and thank me later. 😊

Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels. The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry.

Good Choice, we were pleased.

Excellent Hotel, great Breakfast. Very Friendly staff. The Hotel Manager “Sun” is more than helpful, he makes you feel like it’s your second home. The beach and shops are a 5-10 minute walk.
That is the view from the roof top pool, not the hotel itself.

Pacific Club Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive — a special thanks to Sun, the front desk and Eric, the owner, who clearly takes pride in creating a warm, relaxing environment for every guest. The resort has a peaceful boutique charm with modern comfort. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the rooftop pool with ocean views was absolutely stunning — especially at sunset. The restaurant served delicious, fresh meals daily, and the service was consistently outstanding. The spa treatments were a highlight — the oil massage, facial, and foot detox were among the best I’ve experienced anywhere, leaving me completely relaxed. Even the airport transfers were seamless and professional, with drivers who were friendly and punctual. Pacific Club feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home — a place where you’re cared for, not just accommodated. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, reflects true hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my return. Pacific Club Resort ❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pacific Club Resort in Phuket Thailand. We were greeted at the door the minute we arrived and made to feel right at home. The restaurant and spa are very reasonably priced and the food is incredibly delicious. Every single person that worked there truly made everyone feel happy to be there. This resort definitely a must stay if going to Phuket.

Had the best stay at this hotel , amazing place , staff brilliant . Pool was excellent and open 24hrs for a midnight dip to cool off. Absolutely exceptional from the moment we booked to the moment we left . Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in the Karon beach area.

The staff and service are one of the best I’ve experienced. Had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners. Stick to Thai food.It was a 10.The staff treat you like kings.

Absolutly loved my stay here, only wish that i had stayed my entire trip here! Was a beautiful spot to come to and relax at after a stay in patong earlier in our trip. Totally recommend Pacific Club Resort to anyone wanting a calm relaxed quiet stay with everything you need on site.

Loved the hotel and the staff. I was here with my family, and we enjoyed all of it’s amenities ie Jacuzzi, spa, sauna , swimming pools, laundry services etc.. We even got a room upgrade as per expedia VIP perks! Overall we had an amazing time here at pacific club resorts

This place is really nice...excellent staff. .very attentive and caring.....beautiful pool area and the food is great...we hardly ate anywhere else...the walk to the beach is a little inconvenient but if you are able to rent a bike getting around is easy and fun...Karon beach is surprisingly nice...especially the southern area....had a great 9 days..

Second time staying here. Lovely small - medium sized hotel with amazing staff . Breakfast buffet was good . Lovely pool area and an improvement in ordering drinks and alcohol with qr code. Highly recommended
