"There was absolutely no things left like salt and pepper washing up liquid of any amount . No towels and the beds were very uncomfortable. The general condition was satisfactory however the floor was dirty and had to be moped. The overall vibe wasn't very welcoming as the caravan felt soulless. Having said all that, the value was very good and we would visit again, despite these niggles."

"Paid extra for early check in had all the emails to say I’d paid and was told they had no record of us paying and that we were too early and couldn’t be checked in yet.Was told to wait and we be called when it was ready waited 45 minutes never got a call to be told it was ready 10 minutes after we left"

"Park was very close to towns that had lots of good places to see, and the park itself had a great quiet beach for our surfing"

"The Lodge was clean and presented well. However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms. Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink. However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working. We extended our stay as well."

"Hi, We arrived at your holiday park 17th October for a weekend away for 3 nights. When arriving at the caravan we notice that the caravan smelt off wee and cigarettes. After a further investigation we notice that the was a urine stain on the sofa, the sofa was also covered on crumbs and dirty. We then discovered that there was hair in the bed, sink and shower. Picture below. We made the fastest decision that we aren’t staying in this caravan due to the poor hygiene and smell. Baring in mind this...
