Alot of the staff seem un interested and lack of effort to help when trying to clarify the offer. The menu included is very basic so after 2 days, your over the basic menu quickly. "Our stay at the Merlin Beach was lovely. Good facilities for adult and children. Service was lacking considering it is 5 star. However everyone was very friendly. I would come back again."

"nice place on mountain slope, with great view of the sea which can be seen from balcony of spacious room, good service and tasty breakfast too. a little further away from patong beach so it s nice and quiet"

"Enjoy the Burasari whenever I visit Patong, at least 12 times previously. Staff are excellent throughout. My first choice."

"We visited for our anniversary and got a free upgrade and the room was pretty huge and good. staff was helpful towards our requirements."
