We had a wonderful stay at The Memory at On On Hotel. We absolutely loved the beautiful antique interior, which gave the hotel so much charm and character. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. A nice touch was the complimentary unlimited hot and cold drinks, along with biscuits and bread available throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Phuket.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the staff was very friendly. Also very walkable to a lot of things in old Phuket. The area can be a bit louder at night if you’re trying to sleep but it didn’t dampen our experience here

What a stunning hotel - it's decorated like a movie set, and one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. Very clean and good AC. It was nice they provide drinks and snacks from 7am - 7pm as there is no restaurant or breakfast provided. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy - take ear plugs. The room and bed were very comfortable.

AC was excellent, staff were very helpful. Room was small but adequate, only issue was bed is long, several times my wife and I hit the low wooden end on our shin or foot. The Hotel is very authenticate 1920's beautifully furnished in the old style. Free snacks during the day were very welcome as was the rose water. Hotel is located in a safe walkable area, if a vist to old phuket is your plan you could not douch better than the On On Hotel
