"An amazing stay with beautiful facilities and friendly caring staff. We felt very looked after. Definitely recommend the Rasa wing and the benefits of this, with no children and peace and quiet (for the most part). Afternoon tea was delightful, evening cocktails very morish!! The only downside were the overly attentive gardeners who, armed with leaf blowers would be constantly noisily working throughout the day, it was quite disturbing! Thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones, but really...

"service is not a hilton standard . swimming pool we try to order some drink around 18:30 PM it say closes no drink service (Pool bar normal as i know closes on 19:00 morning food was empty very fast need very long time to fill up. a lot of stuff did't know there service if this is 3 star hotel i will not compliant.But this is one of Hilton. In my suites that i stay for 5 days. The shampoo or soup if you did noe used until empty will not put the new one(So funny for me)"
