"Overall a great choice for us: good location on the waterfront with a large park right across the street, many good food options and shopping malls within waking distance, easy and cheap Grab rides to area attractions, friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet, room service food that exceeded our expectations, nice outdoor swimming pool and sitting area with a view. "It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again. "
"Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.
Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb.

"The hotel was new, service was good, it was a 5 star stay. There is currently a small construction site next to the hotel at the moment, a little noisy when swimming, other than this I would recommend this hotel."
