"service is not a hilton standard . swimming pool we try to order some drink around 18:30 PM it say closes no drink service (Pool bar normal as i know closes on 19:00 morning food was empty very fast need very long time to fill up. a lot of stuff did't know there service if this is 3 star hotel i will not compliant.But this is one of Hilton. In my suites that i stay for 5 days. The shampoo or soup if you did noe used until empty will not put the new one(So funny for me)"

The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna.
