Felt like the room was a bit outdated and could have used some maintenance. The facilities were fine though the pools were quite small and because so many families with small kids were there, it wasn’t a relaxing place to go. Super friendly and helpful staff.The hotel is lovely, needs a bit of updating perhaps but we really enjoyed our stay.The main hotel’s business are conferences of all sort so you might prepare yourself for that aspect of it but didn’t bother us apart from one occasion when the entertainment was trying the music equipment and it was super loud but my concerns were listened to and the issue was resolved.
