Breakfast buffet was one of the best I ever have in Malaysia. Trust me, I have been to many. Room was big and nice. Children slides are amazing! Well maintained.

Absolutely stunning hotel, especially the beautiful outdoor spaces at night and the well-maintained amenities. However, the room I stayed in had a really bad smell and noisy super loud ventilation, which unfortunately disrupted what could have been a peaceful and comfortable stay. Despite that, I definitely loved the hotel and would stay here again.

It was good family trip and stay at the park Royal. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food taste is greater than we expected. We hope we will come back to the hotel when kids are grown up again.

Staff were excellent, room was OK, but I booked a deluxe seaview with i thought a balcony, and got a view of the car park and no balcony. TV stations are adequate, but movie channel froze constantly. The shower drain was slow, and maintenance did not fix it on request. Breakfast was wonderful one day and not so wonderful other days. WIFI was good. In house food and drinks were expensive, A coke 18 ringit, 3.5 ringit at the local shops.

We had a great 3 night stay. The room was lovely with a balcony and great sunset views. There was a large selection of food at breakfast, although no proper decaf coffee available (only instant). The gym was good but quite warm despite the air conditioning. Staff were all very friendly.

Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from. Omelette and pancake stations. Dim sum. We stayed for 6 nights and had something different everyday. Staff were very attentive. Couldn't swim in the sea as there were lots of jellyfish. But the hotel beach was beautiful, definitely worth seeing the sunsets..
