"We were unable to experience any of the amenities due to having tattoos"

"We stayed 1 night and throughly enjoyed our time. We wish we had stayed longer. We arrived at the property after spending the day exploring Hakone. We had taken the pirate ship across Lake Ashi and then took a bus to the stop right outside the ryokan. We were instructed to remove our shoes and don the provided slippers. The staff warmly greeted us and confirmed our onsen time which we had scheduled the day before. We booked ours for after dinner. We were led to our room which was a very clean...

"Very nice hotel with superb services and delicious food."

"Stayed in the annex with the private onsen. It was amazing!"

"We booked the ryokan with private onsen. It was worth every penny. We got the dinner and Japanese breakfast and was an amazing experience. The give you a yukata slippers and even socks to use. "This is not a Ryokan operated by the owners it's run by a kind staff who are going through a well planned routine but it does lack the personal.touch we would have loved. The pools are nice but they are next to the road so you can hear cars. One of the meals was just ok the other (shabu shabu) was outstanding. So a mixed experience but mid range appropriate at the price."

"Good service The hotel is a bit old but everything is well maintained The room is quiet pricy"

"The staff very helpful . The food really good. But when taking a shower you se mold in the bathroom."

"Crowded and very loud"
