"I checked in twice and found that each room type has a different bathroom design. However, both are specifically designed for tall people, which makes it difficult and uncomfortable for shorter people, as all the bathroom fixtures seem to be designed only for tall individuals. The room has a vintage style with carpeting, but the view from the room is exceptional."

"Friendly staff, big and clean room, beautiful lobby , easy to walk around the bay"

"Was a nice hotel but compared to other high quality Japanese hotels, the customer service and amenities were lacking."

"El onsen lo mejor"

"This place is super close to the train station, shopping centers, and restaurant."

"Very nice hotel with superb services and delicious food."

"Passable"

"The Laforet hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained and had helpful staff. As the hotel was some distance away, the hotel arranges nearest station shuttle at convenient time. You need to plan ahead for dinner options as the last shuttle pick up is at 6 pm."

"Las habitaciones son antiguas, y tiene un olor a humedad, las instalaciones cumplen pero por los precios que manejan creo podrían ser mejor , el plan de comidas está muy excesivo el costo para lo que ofrecen , pero en general fue bueno ."

"While the service and location were both excellent, I was disappointed to be put in the dog wing literally. I didn’t book a dog room. Don’t have a dog. Chose this hotel for views which were on the east wing our room was in the west aka dog wing. Spa service was fantastic! Onsen experience was super relaxing. All good except for being with dogs!"

"Amazing ryokan Highly recommend!"
