とても綺麗で、セキュリティも万全。オールインクルーシブなので、お酒を含めて楽しませていただきました。 テラスの露天風呂も檜の香りが良く、何度も入浴しました。 バスマットの場所が分かりにくく、室内シャワーのマットを持ってきてしまいました。 のんびり、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。

◾️部屋 セントラルスクウェアの部屋を利用。低層階でタワー棟の部屋と比べると眺望は劣るが、スパ、ラウンジを利用する際は、表に出ることもなく、エレベーターの乗換も不要。眺望不要、部屋に露天風呂が必要でない方にはお勧め。 ◾️スパ ⚫︎大浴場:大きめの内風呂x1、大きめの露天風呂x2、壺湯x1、打たせ湯x2、小ぶりなドライサウナx1、水風呂x1、シャンプーバー有。設備は申し分無いが露天風呂からの眺望は無し。 ⚫︎貸切風呂:造りの異なる4つの貸切風呂あり。無料で且つ空いていればいつでも使用可能。サンビーチ側の眺望あり。スパの中で一番良かった。但しシャンプー、コンディショナーは置いていないため注意。必要な場合は部屋のものを持参すると良い。 ⚫︎展望露天風呂:湯浴み着着用で入る混浴風呂。男女別のシャワールームと露天風呂、さらにドライサウナと水風呂あり。1回45分で予約制。家族や友人で入るのに良い。眺望も良い。 ◾️食事 朝晩バイキングを利用。特筆するべき献立ではないが、ライブキッチンもそれなりにあり賑やかであった。アルコールはビール、ウイスキー、ワインが70分飲み放題。 ◾️ラウンジ アルコール、ソフトドリンクバー、お菓子あり。アイスはモナ王とガーナが食べ放題。なおドミドミちゃんはスパ隣の湯上がり処にあり。 平日の利用であったためかチェックイン、チェックアウト車の入出庫もさほど待たされなかった。機会があればまた利用したい。

温泉露天風呂付きお部屋を予約しました。これがこのホテルの大正解だと思います。 大きなお風呂も、展望風呂も、箱根に比べるとやはり劣りました。 お料理は、とてもよかったです。特にお魚が新鮮で、美味しかった！もし可能なら種類がもう少しあれば、大満足です。せっかくのお料理なので、日本酒の用意ごあれば満点だと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Overall, the stay was disappointing. On the positive side, the onsen was lovely and the attendant on the ladies side was very helpful. That said, nothing is available until 3 and you have to rush to make an on-site reservation for the open air area after 3 (there was not an option to reserve prior to 3). The front desk staff provided inconsistent information on check in and was initially unhelpful in storing luggage that did not fit in the automated storage machine. Bottom line, do not arrive prior to the stated check-in time. Additionally, the room was on par with a low cost motel. The beds were very hard and the pillows flat ( only 1 per bed provided). The shower was a pre-fab very small stall that looked like a mobile home shower. The balcony, though advertised as ocean view, overlooked a bus parking lot and busy street with a view of the water behind the noisy areas. The balcony and tub on the balcony were likewise very small. The room and facilities were simply not worth the price point. If you are looking for a higher end stay in Atami, look elsewhere.

朝食バイキングをいつもの2倍楽しみました。イチゴは食べられませんでしたが、シャインマスカットをいただけてラッキーでした。チェックアウト前には屋上テラスからの熱海の景色も満喫でき、充実した時間を過ごせました。 また訪れたいと思います。4階の部屋から目の前に上がる花火も最高です！

優點是碰到的所有飯店員工都很親切，房間內部很寬敞，雖然不幸碰到下雨，但房間就能泡澡，而且飯店內部公共澡堂有好幾個池子可以泡，完全不會無聊，另外還有四間私人浴池（不用預約，但前面有人的話要排隊等候）、一個男女共用露天浴池（要預約），泡完有冰牛奶、按摩椅，非常舒適放鬆，晚上還可以到交誼廳喝飲料，另外，吃到飽的早餐很精緻，東西也都蠻好吃的。對了，這間飯店如果要獨旅的話也很合適。 整體而言這次體驗很好，尤其每一個碰到的員工都親切微笑，讓整個住宿體驗加分。如果真的要挑缺點出來，只能想到入住的時候，因為需要花點時間跟房客講解設施位置、使用時間等，所以花了一些時間排隊等候。另外因為設施跟房間在不同棟，所以一開始花了點時間適應，但這些對整體感受影響不大。簡而言之，這間飯店就算沒有熱海煙火，也會想再去住宿享受一下。

施設が新しいこともあり、清潔感に溢れ、どこも綺麗に整っている。花や植木などの緑も多く，落ち着いた中に、華やかさがある。 スタッフも手際良く、丁寧で、てきぱきと動いていた。イースト棟の5階だったが、海が目の前に広がり、遠くに熱海城が見えるなど、眺望も大変良かった。
