Pros: Hotel is conveniently located next to the station, so it's easily accessible from the train. Bath facilities were well-maintained and spacious. Room was fairly large and had an amazing view of Odawara. Breakfast room also had a nice view of Odawara. Breakfast had a good selection of local delicacies and breakfast food. Hotel is in the same building as the free foot bath. Cons: finding the hotel front desk was a bit confusing, we didn't realize there were elevators for hotel guests until the last day, so using the common elevator was time consuming.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful for location, value and amenities. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The onsen was great. The foot bath seemed a little crowded and had kids playing in it like it was a pool so that wasn't very relaxing. The onsen was excellent though. It should be more clearly noted with check-in materials that the front desk is on the 4th floor. I wasted about 15 minutes looking everywhere for it. LoL I would certainly return here. Especially now that I know where the check-in desk is

Unbeatable location literally adjacent to train station which makes it ideal for travelers wanting to use Odawara as a base to explore the Mr. Fuji and surrounding areas. Great staff and my hat off to the cleaning ladies because the rooms looked impeccable.
