Friendly host, lovely clean room

Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. I had an excellent stay at Radisson RED Auckland. The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location. What made the experience outstanding was the staff—every single team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Premises spotless. Well equipped and comfortable. Good location.

It is a modern functional building in a low-rise mall. Rooms are well-furnished and appointed. The hotel outsources all F&B including breakfast to local businesses. Quite unusual, but it works pretty well as they are all next door The front desk staff could not have been more helpful with winery, restaurant and transport advice and bookings.

We stayed in the Rees for our last 2 nights in NZ, after a 3-week holiday touring the country, and enjoyed our time there. This was the only 5-star hotel we visited in during the holiday, and the lake view room was fantastic with good views from the balcony. Room and facilities was excellent, all staff (from reception to house keeping) very attentive and welcoming.
