"Place was tidy and staff helpful. Pool could do with better heating. Stayed at Helensvale big 4 and there pool was like 28 degrees. At paradise resort there were more people in the spa than the main pool."

"We really enjoyed the location. The resort was beautiful and right on the water. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall a really lovely stay. The rooms are a bit older but they were clean and a bit larger than a standard room. The bathtub was gigantic which was really fun for the kids. Close to Sea World and a short drive to shopping. Highly recommend"
