Despite our late arrival due to flight cancellations, the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. A simple phone call to inform the hotel of our situation was met with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, which was refreshing after a long day of travel.
We were in Victoria for a gymnastics competition, and our group included several children who were excitedly roaming the halls. The hotel staff treated us like family, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience.
Our room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with close proximity to all the attractions we wished to visit.
We greatly appreciated the flexibility of late checkout, which allowed us to relax a bit longer before our evening flights. The staff kindly permitted us to park on the street, which was a significant convenience.
