"I had a very pleasant 6 night stay at Accent Inns Richmond. It is a lovely, family-oriented inn with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was great and I was very happy with my stay.
I especially enjoyed the coffee/tea service in the reception area. The shuttle service was also excellent. It made getting to the airport so much easier and took away a lot of the stress of travelling.
I would just like to make one suggestion that I feel is especially important for safety. There was no grab bar in the bathtub to hold onto when getting in or out of the tub. For anyone who is older or has mobility concerns, this can be a safety issue, particularly when the tub is wet. Installing a secure grab bar would make the bathroom much safer and more accessible.
Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the friendly and comfortable environment. I would be happy to stay at Accent Inns again."
