"Ac units keep you up all night, bangs and creaks/screeches whenever compressor kicks in. Hallways are old musty carpet and dingy paint. Tub in bathroom was filthy with hair and a tile was missing in the floor. Appliances (other than ac units) were great and all ran well. Jetted tub was spectacular"

"Check in was very quick and easy. Check out took quite a while but there was only one staff member and a couple asking lots of questions and directions and suggestions. Unfortunately the dining staff at breakfast told my children that the buffet was by weight and they limited themselves and then were just handed a bill. They were so embarrassed and felt rushed they left. Incredibly disappointing when I talked it up from years past as one of the better breakfast options for buffet service in...

"there were limited supplies like only 1 half used up toilet paper roll & no paper towel. The kitchen in the queen deluxe studio was small, almost no counter space but the room in general was spacious. The elevator was very slow & creaky & sometimes would not come when you press the call button, it seems to linger around the second floor & skip the ground floor to go straight to parking level. The entrance to underground parking is extremely narrow & the keypad to enter the code is dangerously...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running. The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season."

"This hotel is in the middle of town. Easy to stroll through the town. Very close to Whistler gondola. Restaurant are few steps away. Very convenient place to spend a night or two."
