"The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel."

"We have stayed there before, it's a lovely setting. However, the furniture and bathroom need updating - many chipped or worn areas. Also, the edges of the bed extend past the mattress and I smashed my lower leg into the hard surface. The hair dryer stopped working after 5 minutes, and never was able to be turned on again. The quality of the 'extra' blankets was so poor - rough. We had breakfast in the dining room, nice server, but it arrived room temp - and the restaurant was mostly empty. We were also disappointed in our arrival: we had been given 'priority' for an early arrival, but ended up waiting all day until 4:00 - without much communication from the front desk. "

"If you want to me close to Whistler Village without being in the noise and crowds of the village, this is the place. It's the perfect balance of peace, quiet and convenient while being a quick shuttle away from all the action and shopping of the Village. It's quiet! No cars, no traffic, no sirens, no music. Right off the ski hill - literally ski to the out to the Blackcomb Gondola and ski in off the Merlin run! Free Shuttle to the village right outside the door! (5-10 mins ride. Comes every 15 minutes) 2 hot tubs, awesome pool. "

"Great central location but with that comes noise and more partying guests. Staff were great at managing a large late night party in the room next door. The mattresses could use an upgrade and I couldn't figure out how to control the temperature in the room so it was quite hot. The murphy bed rooms are oddly configured making it hard to get around. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, etc. The room was very clean. I'd consider etaying here again."
