"The reception staff were very helpful. The location is in the heart of Whistler's main business district, and the hotel parking is convenient. However, the price is higher than average. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. If you're looking for accommodation and haven't decided yet, I recommend this place."

"Pros: beautiful property; great location; walking distance to village; lovely amenities; buffet breakfast at The Wildflower was amazing. Cons: rooms need updating; walls in rooms are very thin; food at The Mallard Bar was subpar; coffee pods weren't replaced and water bottles weren't refilled without us constantly having to ask. We enjoyed our stay overall but the lack of attention to detail fell short of expectations. "

"Odd musty smell developed along the outside wall of my room after a couple days of rain. Started getting a headache. Front desk was helpful with getting me in a new room after they tried using a room deodorizer. Hair in towels, scuffs on walls, drawers wouldn’t close fully, etc but the state of my second room was better, other than the temperature controls being physically broken on the AC unit (like the buttons got smashed too hard so the plastic failed, and there were holes where the buttons...

"A very good hotel with very friendly staff! The outdoor pool and hot tubs are particularly worth mentioning. However, the hotel is starting to show its age. Unfortunately, parking is not free."
