"We had a constant ringing in our room and could not get the tv working. No ice on our floor. The fellow that came to our room finally got the tv working but could not understand English. He could not get the remote working and didn’t know what I was asking about the ice machine. The mgr at the desk came up and could not fix the remote and didn’t understand about the constant ringing. "Really beautiful lodge, large cosy room, great hot tub, pool table, lots of games..very substantial homemade breakfasts, always with muffins or something which made for easy snacks later. Friendly and accommodating host:). Recommend!"
