"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed for one night, and the room had a loft-style layout, with the bedroom upstairs and the living room and small kitchenette downstairs. The space was unique and practical.
When we first entered the room, the living room area looked nice. However, once we went upstairs, we noticed a noticeable odor in the bedroom area. After we explained the situation to the front desk, the staff quickly helped us change to another room. The new room was very clean, and our stay was much more comfortable. We really appreciated the hotel’s prompt response and assistance.
Parking at the hotel was very convenient, and the location was central. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and small shops, which made everything very easy. Overall, this is a hotel with a great location, responsive service, and a good guest experience."
"Excellent Village location right in the middle of everything. The Room 511, was conveniently located near elevators and front desk. Parking was secured and easy to navigate. Near everything in the village with a 10 minute walk to Blackcomb….would stay here again."
"The room was clean and tidy. The rooms are in need of an update but it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal to walk to the village. The kitchen had the basics. "
"I wish there were a complimentary breakfast included because it is not within walking distance of the Village. Also, parking should be included. The rate is $25 per night; that seems expensive."
