"There is not a thing wrong with The Dillworth Inn. Unfortunately, they are close to the center of Kelowna so there are some greasy people in the area, but that certainly isn't the Dillworth's fault. We will stay there again."
"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "
"The hotel is newer, very clean, and has fantastic staff. The restaurant on site is tasty with solid cocktails and a great BC wine list. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping went out of their way to help (seeing if anything was needed, keeping me in the same room when I needed to extend my stay, being kind and friendly, etc). The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and well worth it. The rooftop lounge is a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day."
