"Location is great , everything is good"

"The pool and hot tub closes at 5 which was annoying. We didn’t get to use it because who wants to sit in a hot tub during the day? The halls also smelt heavily like vodka and must so that was a little offsetting. Jets in the bathtub didn’t work. Toilet flow wasn’t great. Fireplace was turned off for the season.. honestly it was a very overpriced room and I wasn’t too thrilled."

"2 BR Deluxe with a kitchen is a good pick. ❤️Location is close to all amenities, gondola, market, shopping etc.👍Jacuzzi inside room is an added quality giving more relaxing experience at the end of day 😘Overall Pinacle Whistler gave us an amazing vacation time in 2026!"

"Lovely setting, hotel offered free on demand shuttle up into Whistler village. Alternatively, it’s an easy walk along the well signed valley trail. Bathroom in our room was fabulous. "
