"Great central location, helpful staff, and a clean room. The walls are a little thin (or maybe it was the connecting door), so hope you don't get stuck beside a crying baby like I did. The pool and hot tub are nice on a sunny day. One suggestion I would make is for the staff to turn on the sauna prior to it being open at 10am. With an 11am check out, I was disappointed to not get a morning sauna sessions in before having to check out as it was still off when I got there shortly after 10am, and it takes a good half an hour to get to proper sauna heat."

"The pool and hot tub closes at 5 which was annoying. We didn’t get to use it because who wants to sit in a hot tub during the day? The halls also smelt heavily like vodka and must so that was a little offsetting. Jets in the bathtub didn’t work. Toilet flow wasn’t great. Fireplace was turned off for the season.. honestly it was a very overpriced room and I wasn’t too thrilled."

"Lovely setting, hotel offered free on demand shuttle up into Whistler village. Alternatively, it’s an easy walk along the well signed valley trail. Bathroom in our room was fabulous. "
