"Notre famille vient juste de revenir d'un voyage de trois semaines au Vietnam et en Chine, où nous avons séjourné à l'Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel à Hanoï et dans quelques grands hôtels de chaîne 5 étoiles en Chine. Sans aucun doute, notre expérience à l'Hanoi Indochine Premium a été la meilleure. Excellente localisation. Assez petit pour que le personnel vous connaisse personnellement dès le premier jour. Service très attentif et chaleureux sans être intrusif. Le meilleur petit-déjeuner de loin parmi tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné."

"The Haian was amazing - totally checked all the boxes. The room was well appointed & clean - we had an ocean view room with 2 twin beds. We were literally across the street from the beach. The beds were very comfortable & although the hotel mentioned there may be construction noise next door, we didn’t hear it. The inclusive breakfast was outstanding - so many selections from hot foods, made to order noodles, egg station, array of fruit like dragonfruit, guava, etc. and western dishes too. We had a wonderful meal of the northern style combo dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so reasonable & delicious. The rooftop pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for me to swim in December but other people did take a dip. The pool guy Cuong was so nice & set out pool chairs, towels, drinks, etc. Wow, we felt so taken care of! We had wonderful service at the spa too. Prices are super reasonable & ask for a discount. "
