"First of all the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and of course with a view . The hotel was close to the Sapa station . I would definitely come back and stay here again …. "

"Nous sommes arrivés peu avant que l'orage éclate : barrière de la langue (même Google traduction ne suffisait pas), humidité au maximum dans la chambre, toutes nos affaires étaient humides et il y avait des limaces dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre le matin. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très cher. La vue devait être belle mais la brume nous empêchait de voir les paysages "

"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel...

"The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone "

"The place is pretty basic but has a rustic feel about it. Bring your own honey or jam for the morning as they down’s supply it. Also you have to pay for coffee even when breakfast is included. At my level of room the washrooms were quite a distance from the room and needed an upgrade. However, if you like the rustic, village type, and want to make your own breakfast then this is the place. "We lived our stay here (3 nights). Loan, Ben and the rest of the staff were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the motorbike tour but really enjoyed everything. The lodge is in a great area in the countryside and was very peaceful. A plus stay - we will be back. "

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. "Great rooms. Even better linens on bed. Aside from the unavoidable construction on the pool, the elevators are something you must allow a lot of time for. One of the elevators is glass with an amazing view, but get caught in there with 6 others with no ventilation, and you can do the math.Other than that, I would stay there again, just not on the 30th floor."
"Amazing staff from porters, front desk, concierge, room service, and all. The hotel exceeded our expectations, we were there for 4 days and had the best time."
"The resort is further from the main attractions and looks like it's not quite developed due to the construction happening out front. The rooms look tired. More care should be dedicated towards the maintenance of the walls, doors, and other spaces in the room. The taste of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff were mostly helpful and kind. The overall experience was okay, but do note this is a 20-minute ride away from Sunset Town."
"Past its prime and living on past glories in my opinion. It was OK but the rooms needed updating and the breakfast wasn’t great. We had some noise issues which were resolved and they gave a a free cab to the airport but overall disappointed."
"Rating: ⭐ (1/5)
I was very disappointed with my check-out experience at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang.
I stood in line for a long time waiting for someone to help me. Not a single staff member acknowledged me or offered assistance. Then, another guest walked up to the counter after me, and the staff immediately helped that person instead — completely ignoring me.
I felt frustrated and disrespected. As a paying guest, I expect fair treatment and basic courtesy. Ignoring someone who has been waiting and helping a newcomer first is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer premium service.
Management really needs to train their front desk staff on basic queue etiquette and customer respect. A bad check-out experience can ruin the entire memory of a stay — and that’s exactly what happened here.
Would I come back? No. Not unless things change dramatically."
