"This is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car.
The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen.
The photo of the hot tub is laughable when you look at the...
"The mattress was old and uncomfortable with no mattress protector on the bed aslo the pillows were old and stained.
The two windows had different curtains and very thin which let the street lights shine in all night."
"Amazing two days with the grandsons , hotel was 5 star … staff were very friendly and accommodating, sorry didn’t get any names but every single one of them couldn’t do enough for you , the pool was amazing , the boys loved it and for most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, the beach was fantastic, spent hours on there , food was great, we will definitely return. "Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent.
