"Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed."

"Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was water in the mini fridge and a Nespresso machine for coffee. I would highly recommend the Housekeeping Team, they do an amazing job. We have been staying at Formby Hall for 20 years or so and the one thing that has let it down has been the food quality and breakfast service, so this stay we were very pleased to see the improvements made to the whole breakfast experience. "This was our first time at this property. We received a lovely welcome and was given the keys to our room. It was a lovely bright room with a small balcony which was a great addition. The room had everything you needed for a short stay. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed. We had a comfortable nights sleep and the breakfast was lovely all freshly cooked. Everyone was friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. "
