"Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. "Great for a couple stay. Stayed for birthday - hotel gifted chocolates & card was a nice touch. Hotel was clean & rooms & bathrooms were spacious. (Bathroom lighting was great when needing to do makeup for night out) Wasn’t able to check in until 3pm - wish being able to purchase early check in was a thing. However was able to have a drink at the bar while we waited for room. Parked on site was great , felt car was safe. Was £12 for 24hrs. Breakfast buffet was so nice , paid extra for this...

"We had Room 202, so that is the base of our experience. Staff was helpful. Beds was all right, clean comfy, but with only one pillow per bed; the other pillow was a decoration, I was undecided if there is fresh cover on it or not, so it's definitelly a no go for sleep. There is no fridge in the room, no elevator in the house but a narrow staircase. No chance for breakfast, however this hotel adverts itself as a FOUR STAR hotel for some reason. "A very funky guest house. My room was upgraded at no extra charge. Very nice room. If your a Liverpool they awesome Liverpool FC basement, with two pool tables and loads memorabilia there. Only 2 and half miles from city centre with buses very close by. I'd highly recommend this guest house."

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. "The hotel was disgustingly. It stank of cigarettes. Chose it as conveniently close to Anfield for a match we were attending. The room was filthy. Dust everywhere No bin. No tea or coffee facilities as advertised. Not even a bin in the room. Tv didn’t work. Only 1 towel for 2 of us. Bathroom dusty and shower was filthy. Toilet cistern dripped all night. Couldn’t wait to leave. Please avoid."
