"This was an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. My concierge May made my stay so wonderful. She helped me find local spots and get around with ease. She is so sweet and thoughtful and speaks fluent English. Next time I am in hanoi I will come back just for Hope. GM hotel is very lucky to have such an great employee like Hope. "

"Check-in lady not professional and so rush and not much of customer service."

"These are such nice and huge rooms. The property itself and the building is really good quality and it’s right in the middle of the best street foods in Hanoi. Staff are amazing and very helpful"

"Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Great location with close access to many stores."

"Excellent location and above and beyond staff. Rooms are good size for a city hotel and all is to a high standard. Enjoyed the Skybar. Breakfast was a great mixture of Vietnamese and western"

"All way assit you"

"Both Da and Agelia had excellent services and hotel provided very nice breakfast.."
