"This was an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. My concierge May made my stay so wonderful. She helped me find local spots and get around with ease. She is so sweet and thoughtful and speaks fluent English. Next time I am in hanoi I will come back just for Hope. GM hotel is very lucky to have such an great employee like Hope. "

"Great hotel!"

"Check-in lady not professional and so rush and not much of customer service."

"These are such nice and huge rooms. The property itself and the building is really good quality and it’s right in the middle of the best street foods in Hanoi. Staff are amazing and very helpful"

"The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel."

"Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Great location with close access to many stores."

"All way assit you"

"Too many fruit flies everywhere unable to enjoy the breakfast. Close to a big hospital, crowded and noisy"

"The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter close to the lake, food and all the chaos expected when travelling to Hanoi! The breakfast was excellent and Mr Trahun made it so comfortable. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home, great place thanks."
