"Great hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing was restaurant options are limited in the area but shockingly enough there’s a great Indian restaurant around the corner. "

"Great location! Situated in the back of a street so you can have a restful night, but still be close to all the attractions within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast was a plus and good food. Hotel is a little dated but well-kept. Would stay here again "

"A hidden gem in the heart of Hanoi!
We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved our experience. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, yet still quiet enough to relax. The room was beautifully designed in an Art Deco style, very clean, and comfortable after a long day exploring the city.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they arranged our airport transfer smoothly, allowed us an early check-in after a long flight, and even kept our luggage safely while we travelled to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the rooftop bar offered a wonderful sunset view over Hanoi.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for modern comfort and warm hospitality right in the centre of Hanoi."
"All staff are so helpful, friendly, pleasures. Their smiles are always make me feel comfortable. They always tried the ways to help customers . Specially Duc Anh and Anna Hương. I really appreciate it. Thanks!"
