"Good location, good staff"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Cindy and the team were welcoming, friendly and attentive. They accommodated all our needs and made us feel right at home. Cindy and most of the staff speak English very well, which made communication easy. The breakfast was great too. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great hotel!"

"A nice lounge on the property or aroof top lounge would have been a nice touch The staff were amazing and helpful"

"Check-in lady not professional and so rush and not much of customer service."

"Hotel had pleasant ambience and decor but found room quite small, not a lot to put belongings. Room was clean but bathmats had large holes. Reception staff polite and helpful. Location was good & near enough to the lake. If little later getting to breakfast had to keep asking for things, they weren’t keen to replace empty plate of fresh fruit, bread, coffee etc."

"The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel."

"1.ห้องพักตกแต่งสวยงาม มีความสะอาด อุปกรณ์ครบครัน 2.พนักงานต้อนรับมีอัธยาศรัยดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำในเรื่องต่างๆได้อย่างครบถ้วน 3.ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในย่านที่เดินทางได้สะดวก ใกล้แหล่งเดินเล่น ร้านอาหาร ทะเลสาป "

"All way assit you"

"Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Great location with close access to many stores."

"We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?"

"Could have been very satisfied but ended up VERY DISAPPOINT. Overall the rooms are very good (I've booked for 5 rooms with double and family room). The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is good. But there's one thing that really disappoint me and my family is that the ignorance of the housekeepers. I'm not sure when they're doing our room they have other things in mind or not, but they threw away my brother's retainer (which is very strange since he put it in a proper box), our toothpaste...

"This hotel has had the best services, and best trained staff ever! Speaking from someone who have lived in USA 17 yrs, Thailand 24 yrs, and Japan 4 yrs. "
