"Location was great! Just 2 mins away from the Hoan Kiem lake and loads of food and coffee places around. The main attraction of the stay were the staff. They were amazingly attentive and warm. Special mention to Jimmi (manager), Giang (at the restaurant) & my fellow black pink fan behind the info counter (forgot to get her name but she’s awesome). Also to Mia for sending us off so pleasantly! Well done and keep up the good work. It’s personal treatment like this that will make me return to your hotel for my next trip! "

"EXCELLENT location! 2 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff went above and beyond. ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful with any requests or problems. Even sending out someone to buy me some fruits at the market early morning because my bus pickup was so early before breakfast room was open. I stayed in Suite Room (facing busy and noisy street, but noise didn't bother me at all at night). Nice BIG room! Would 100% stay there again, such great location and incredible staff."

"This hotel was fantastic, definitely a luxury hotel! The staff were very organized and attentive. We were greeted with tea and light snacks shortly after arrival when checking in. The hotel is in a great location by the lake, in the heart of the French quarter and very close to the old quarter. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean comfortable. The staff helped us book last-minute airport transport for our flight out of Vietnam. The restaurant was amazing, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and very tasty. Using the sky bar was so fun with the signature drinks and beautiful view of Hoan Kiem. We used the spa and it was phenomenal! Very clean, professional, and relaxing. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the French quarter or the Old quarter of Hanoi! We wished we could have spent more time here! "
