"Our stay at La Siesta Lakeside Hanoi was perfection. The location right by Hoan Kiem Lake is ideal, the room was amazing, and the food was great. We stayed during Halloween and loved their attention to detail—the staff dressed up, served a special spooky menu, and offered complimentary face painting. Above all, the staff are hands down the kindest and most attentive we have ever encountered anywhere."

"The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel."

"Firstly the staff were amazing would do anything for you, the location is the best we’ve ever had in a destination, super close to all you can see in the old quarter.
The only thing to be aware of is that the property is quite noisy, we had to ask for ear plugs and are not particularly light sleepers. The walls are paper thin so anytime someone walks past you which was quite a lot on our floor due to the level we were on you can hear everything. The church behind also rings a lot of bells at...

"This hotel was pretty bare-bones and I don’t know how other people have rated it so highly. Great location and the staff were very nice, but those are certainly its biggest draws.
We had no hot water after the first night in our room, only luke-warm. The bathroom was partially a wet room- the toilet and shower were in the same area, and the toilet paper was prone to getting wet during a shower. Additionally, the toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived.
Lighting was lacking in the room: our...
