Stayed on the last couple of days of my Vietnam trip. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. I was given an upgraded room - It was amazing, the room was exceptionally clean, large and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful on front desk. This hotel is best suited for short term visitors on vacation who want a great location in the old quarter. The staff is helpful, the room was clean and the bed super comfy. Short falls are that the facility, rooms and bath are dated. The breakfast is average by the city hotel standards. In short, great for singles/couples wanting a touch down space, but not well suited for those used to 5star accommodations or for business professionals.
