"We stayed in a suite overlooking Kensington Gardens. Pokice horses would walk by. The location is ideal, walking distance to Hyde Park, Serpentine, a concert at Royal Albert Hall.
The decor is beautiful, modern and everything we required was to hand.
I sunk into the bed. It was an extremely quiet unit, no night noise at all.
We had a lift opening directly into the unit.
All staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

"Great location. Clean. Close to buses and the underground. Close to Hyde Park. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Went with my 2 daughters. Great to be together in one apartment vs 2 hotel rooms. "
"Staff was very helpful and George the Concierge was exceptional from finding us last minute reservations at a impossible to get in without restaurant to finding a taxi that would accommodate us and all our luggage to take us to the airport.Breakfast was lovely and I am sorry we are unable to review dinner as I am surer it is equally as fantastic !"
"Very nice hotel. Good location, good people, good breakfast. Location is only 4-5 minutes walk to South Kensington station and couple of minutes away from the National Museum. Lot of restaurants nearby. Room is a bit small and there was a very small closet, which was a bit difficult to manage, but we can ignore that considering all the other positive things. We would stay again in one of our next visits to London."
"Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours."
"This is the most fabulous property. They had it decorated for Wimbledon and gave us strawberries and cream and a Pims upon arrival. The lobby is beautiful, the room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful! Any request we had was promptly granted and the Italian restaurant, “Da Mario,” within walking distance is a must but make a reservation a day or more before. The Indian restaurant next door was wonderful and super fast for take out. The tube is just across the street less than a block. I...
