Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG

Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Booked last minute needing a decent night's sleep and I wasn't disappointed. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready for a swim. Pleased to see there was a sauna in the Women's changing room which I used to stretch my muscles and rest my weary bones! Some of the other guests/spa members need to learn to turn off the showers after using them. I turned off 4 or 5 in the short time I was in there. Very wasteful behaviour. Lovely foyer area with various places to sit. The Duty Manager who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Fab location. Would recommend a stay here."

8/10 Good
"Really good location, near the station and very close to the museums and Harrods. Breakfast was included and this was excellent with freshly made omelettes. Very varied choice too from pastries to a full fry up. Used the pool at the adjoining gym for £15 for 2. Really clean pool, good size and good secure lockers. Staff at the hotel were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. One of the lifts were temperamental and the doors kept opening and closing. We were told by reception that we had a late checkout included which was 1pm. The day of checkout we were called and someone knocked at the door at the same time, at 11:15 saying about us checking out. We explained the situation but was told nothing had been noted on the system. Overall good stay and clean rooms"
