An excellent experience throughout. Immaculately clean, a very convenient location, a friendly, responsive staff. A lot of small things, such as numerous electrical outlets, all with USB and USB-C ports; bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up; entry- and bed-side light switches to turn off all the lights, etc. We were somewhat concerned about the closeness of Herrods, but it turned about to be a real plus, since the hotel is close, but away from the noise and traffic. And just an elevator ride down to a Michelin-star restaurant, where we had an outstanding dinner. Boutique without compromises in quality; 5-star without any impersonality or attitude.

The rooms are typical London city size. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice rainfall water shower with easy to use controls for comfortable hot shower. London sized small bathroom with essentials. Room service kept room clean, provided turn down service. Front desk staff and concierge were friendly and made stay even better. Giving us a detailed tour of our room and taking up shopping bags to our room to save us time. We did not buy breakfast with our room but did eat at the restaurant one morning. We were not impressed with breakfast food or service.

Charming small hotel. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect for our purposes. After a little pushing, we were upgraded to an executive room which I highly recommend. The only thing we found is that it did not appear that they vacuumed the floors in the room very well.

The room was immaculately clean, perfectly appointed, cosily warm and subtly quiet. The staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in to the moment I departed. The food was delectable. I would thoroughly and highly recommend this Hotel for an immersive, comfortable and convenient and stay in Central London.
