The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom stayed warm and comforting so you never had to walk into a cold bathroom. The shower was very good. I was upgraded to a larger room. I truly enjoyed my stay and I look forward to going again.

Love this place! I have stayed twice now and I don’t think I will stay anywhere else. I’ve stayed at other hotels in London and just love how quiet and set aside this one is. The breakfast is delicious and the aesthetic and ambiance is perfect. The staff is wonderful and they give you a little gift in your room a candle or pillow spray with a hand written welcome note.

This hotel is perfect! Everything is designed by Kit Kemp and the rooms are amazing! Comfortable beds, plenty of outlets, beautiful fabrics, quiet street with easy access to Knightsbridge and Harrod’s. The staff is charming and bends over backward! I would stay here again without any hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Knightsbridge Hotel. It’s perfectly located in central London, close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. First class in every way.

As always, the Knightsbridge was excellent in every way. The staff - friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms, both public and bedrooms, are exquisite little works of art, while still being so comfortable and cosy you don’t want to leave!

Lovely and charming! Alex at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. Evelyn in the dining area was so nice and welcoming. Every staff member could not have been nicer. Rooms are so comfortable and it’s a quiet street so no invasion of noise from the London traffic. Can’t wait to return!
