The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The hotel itself was very clean and being so close to a tube station and the Natural History museum is a big bonus. Our room was very clean, although the only comment to have about the experience was I wis there was more milk and sugar in the rooms as you quickly run out with a single drink and there weren’t any sugars or sweeteners in ours. Otherwise great for our short stay and would come again.

The hotel is a five minute walk from Gloucester Road Tube and close to Kensington Palace and the Albert Hall. There are shops and restaurants within ten minutes walk. The room interior was very clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, the shower was super powerful and hot, the towels were large, but the room would benefit from having a makeup mirror. The reception and bar areas were elegantly decorated and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only minor quibbles - our room was on the ground floor between the reception/bar and the dining area. We stayed on Friday and Saturday nights and it was quite noisy from early in the morning. And we had a small balcony which would have been lovely, had it not been covered by pigeon guano which was quite unpleasant. But, on the whole we had a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have ever slept with. Large shower with great pressure. Overall an excellent stay.
