"The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel."

"What a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. "We had a fantastic stay at 54 Queen’s Gate. The hotel is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff were so warm and welcoming — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was elegant and spotless, with a crib already set up for our young son, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great for our whole family, and the location is perfect — close to the gardens, museums, and great dining options. We would definitely stay here again!"
"Hotellet ligger på ett mycket bra läge, nära tunnelbanan Paddington samt Heathrow Express som går direkt till flygplatsen. Det finns gott om butiker och snabbköp i närheten vilket gör området väldigt praktiskt.
Hotellet var rymligt och rent, och personalen var mycket vänlig och respektfull. På vår sista dag när vi checkade ut kl. 10:30 fick vi lämna vårt bagage fram till kl. 16:00 utan extra kostnad, vilket var en väldigt bra service.
