"The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London."

"Great base for our work in the Kensington/Knightsbridge area. Comfortable bed and clean and spacious room and appreciated the bath after a long day. We've stayed in other Numa properties and like the brand, it's always a good choice. A bit of a walk from the nearest tube but was fine for us - made the cost of a three night trip very reasonable"

"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"The staff and main floor were excellent. The room left a lot to be desired. Stained floors and a broken sink greeted us. The bed was fine and it was mostly quiet. Disappointed in the room quality but the rest is fine. "

"We loved the warm welcome, the comfortable common areas, the wonderful bed and linens. Very small room. The bathroom and carpet in the room really needs a refresh - something that is apparently planned for the next year. All in all I would go back. The location was perfect, walkable, quiet, a few steps from Kensington Gardens. "
