"It was a wonderful stay! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's pool is amazingly beautiful. It has a bit uphill distance from Patong beach but the hotel has free shuttle to bring you to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Patong Beach. The facilities in the hotel are great, they have everything you need: toothbrush, coffee, snacks, and even a microwave to heat up our 7-11 food! "

Out of the three different hotels I stayed at, this one stood out by far as my favorite. "The staff is AMAZING & very helpful! But the Property was extremely old and outdated for the price I paid, there’s ants everywhere in my room, doors don’t completely seal closed so a few nights I had to fight with lizards as well. Mold everywhere throughout the hotel and the pictures are nothing what the place looks like in person. The shower pressure is great and spacious. Wasn’t happy or pleased with the whole outlook of the place."
