"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. "We visited for a short stay. Love the hotel, location and everything they offered. The restaurant will open soon in November, we will definitely come back to try out the food! The famous phuket old town is just 15-20 mins walk.
The room we got is very comfy, and stylish design. Each and every details of this hotel has its own story (we got a chance to talk with the owner and he was very accommodating, show us around and tell us all the stories) The staffs there are very nice and polite, always willing to help. They even remember my name and greet me everytime they see me. I felt very special around them and will definitely come back for sure 😊"
