Overall this hotel was beautiful! Convenient and most of the staff was amazing! The only reason I am giving a 4 Star is because the food was not good. Honestly, neither were the drinks! But, overall safety, comfortability, cleanliness was amazing! The breakfast was not good at all!

Highly recommend this place, it has buffet breakfast, two main pools and pool access rooms. Everything was amazing we came here for our honeymoon and stayed at the property for two weeks. The only downside is if you don’t have a car or bike you need to cab it or you can catch the free shuttle bus which is also amazing. Overall a great place and I’d definitely come back again.

Review: This was my third time staying at Atease Phuket Patong (formerly Fusions Phuket Patong). I really wanted to give this place another chance, but unfortunately, I’m leaving deeply disappointed. Back in April 2024, I experienced a sudden power outage from 8 AM to 5 PM. The hotel claimed it was a one-off case due to a government inspection, so I decided to stay again this time — hoping it wouldn’t happen again. I booked a 2-night stay in a Pool Access Suite. The room and service were actually good. Last night, the front desk kindly granted me a late checkout until 1 PM. But then, at 8 AM, the power went out again. When I asked, the hotel said it was an “annual check.” No prior notice was given to guests at all. Once could be an accident — but twice, especially when they knew about it in advance, is completely unacceptable. The hotel seriously needs to improve their communication and at least apologize to guests for the inconvenience. Very disappointed. I won’t be returning.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fusion Suites Phuket Patong during our honeymoon. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were especially touched by the small gifts we received on both Christmas and New Year, which made our stay feel extra special. The team was always available and helpful at all hours whenever we needed assistance. Thank you for making our stay so memorable — we would be happy to return in the future.

The hotel itself is nice, i like the location because its not in the middle of the chaotic part of patong, staff is very friendly and respectful, but the main issue was our room, it was a beautiful room, but the humidity and the smell was unbearable, we did communicate this to the staff but they didn’t change the room, and said they will follow up but didn’t.. unfortunately. Other than that we liked everything but i wouldn’t stay here again because of the humid smell that really bothered us, i guess it was because our room was located in the lowest block of the hotel.

I booked this location because I thought it would be right in the middle of the places we wanted to go: Elephant sanctuary, beach, and Old Town. We wound up not going to the beach at all and it takes quite some time to reach Old Town from Fusion Suites. If you are going to the beach but don't need to stay on the beach, I think their location is great. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Moo Hong was delicious and I want to go back for more.

Nice hotel a little away from the city. Good breakfast with a fair selection. Only issue we had was maintenance two days that we where not informed about. Started early and kept on for most the day. They did inform about a power shortage for a couple of hours, which was fine as we where made aware.

A perfect stay was had at Fusion Suites. The room, pool, breakfast and food was immaculate. The staff are so friendly and go out their way to help you with anything. Would 100% return. Only thing that lets Fusion Suites down is where it is located. You need to have a vehicle to leave the property as it is located on a very busy road with no path to walk. We hired a scooter to get around but if you opt for a car it’s extremely busy through Patong to get around. Likewise, it’s difficult to get transport at peak times (after 5pm). There is free parking at the hotel.
