"The only good thing about this property was the view. It is a working ranch on a national forest so they are limited on what they can do for updates. Upon arrival, we were greater with a broken toilet seat. We told front desk and management twice and it was not fixed. We also had a mouse in our room that ate our snacks. "The experience of staying all night in the covered wagon was really neat for our family trip. My recommendations are to buy $20 ceramic heaters for them. My family FROZE the whole night because the 1 baseboard heater they have in it does nothing! We also could not take a shower because the shower/bathroom facilities did not have heat either. Cool experience but upgrade the heating so families can get some sleep and shower!"

"The grounds were beautifully mowed. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and along the river. We liked the games around the lawns to play. We especially liked sitting out front of our quarters and being in awe of the views. I wanted to live there, but my husband said it was time to go home. We will go back plenty more times."
