"Staff was friendly, seamless checkin, loved my capsule (1 in 6 bed). There is no elevator but I lucked out not having to climb the stairs. Bring in the capsule took getting used to (5 ft 5) not too narrow like twin bed size. "I love this place. 2nd time staying here. Very clean and in a great location. Very close to many hot spots on the city. The price is great for what you get. The bathrooms are shared, but I never had to wait to use it. I will say that there is no elevators in the building, so if you are not staying on the first floor you have to use the stairs. Not a huge deal as it keeps you in shape, just like the walking in the city does! For parking we used the Madison Square garden garage, as it is just 2...
