We stayed in one of the wagons, which was a unique experience...one we would do again. Showers weren't the best, but it is a working ranch. Food at the cafe was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst we were there it rained overnight, but we weren't worried about rain getting into the wagon, and in point of fact - it was so relaxing listening to the rain on the wagon's canopy. Overall, we would recommend this unique experience!

Bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the pillows and blankets seemed used and unwashed. The stagecoach also looked like it had not been cleaned or swept before our stay, and the heater was malfunctioning. The location has a very nice view though.

Once we checked into our covered wagon we noticed the door wasn’t zipping because there was a huge hole. When we told the office they moved us! Thankful we did the heater in the new one was way better. It was still very cold but definitely more doable. It was a fun experience for one night. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Not completely their fault as the ground was wet so people tracked stuff in. But there were some items on the bathroom floor that could have been cleaned up. Book them enjoy the experience but be prepared it’s not super clean.

Pretty awful property, very poorly managed. The property instructions were extremely unclear. It took us about 30min to figure out where the check-in desk was (a tiny place next to an ice cream shop with no obvious sign). The place itself is really dirty and the staff were pretty unfriendly. If you have other options avoid this place at all costs. The only reason we had to book it was because there were no other rooms left elsewhere. They also charge additional $20 for using their linen/sheets. This property is on a ranch that has a horse riding place, with the amount of people that comes to this place, they only have three shared bathrooms. You also have to leave everything scented in your car because of the bears which is really inconvenient when you have to park the car far from the room.

Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed — avoid at all costs. The property is essentially an unmanaged ranch covered in dirt, with rooms that appear to have gone uncleaned for months. Despite the appalling conditions, the staff carry an attitude as if they’re running a luxury five-star resort — and have the nerve to charge extra for bed sheets. The room had no working heater. We reported it, were told someone would come fix it — nobody ever did. We spent the night freezing. To make matters worse, cats were wandering into the room through holes in the walls. The shared bathroom was absolutely disgusting. They make you sign a long list of strict rules, which would be acceptable if the property were actually maintained to any reasonable standard — it is not. At under $10/night it sounds like a deal, but trust me, it is not worth a single dollar. The only saving grace is the natural surroundings, which are genuinely beautiful — wasted potential for what could be a charming property with basic upkeep. Do yourself a favor: read all the reviews carefully. Even driving a bit further to stay in Diggs or Island Park is a far better choice. Stay away.

lovely cafe and staff very friendly. But be prepared-if you rent a teepee, you are roughing it. Bring warm clothes, extra blankets and/or sleeping bag for cold temps. The mornings are chilly. Also, I advise that you bring a headlamp or bright flashlight or lantern for the interior. The food at cafe was great. I did not think the coffee was good at all, so skip that or bring your own. I loved that I got a cup and they allowed refills for soda. They ran the horses in the morning which was super fun and was amazing to watch. Real ranch/cowboy experience!!! The staff is wonderful, cheery, attentive and work hard. I appreciate their kindness and great service in the cafe and at the check in desk. I appreciate that they greeted me each and everytime I encountered them. I will mention the only drawback for me was that the bathroom was gross-toilet clogged, floor very wet which is a safety hazard for anyone. There was a lot of mud and water and the showers were ok but slightly yucky and I kinda wanted to take a hot shower after five miles of hiking but decided not to. I would suggest maybe that the bathroom be monitored often for clean up and some soft touches be put in the ladies room-some pictures maybe? color? the ceiling had insulation hanging out of it and was unsightly. Also, it would be super cool if more adirondack plastic chairs were available for campers to hang out in. Also, a charging station for phones in cafe would be cool so I could check my weather app.

Fantastic stay!! The bathrooms were super clean. You get a fantastic view of the Grand Tetons. Super friendly staff.

We stayed in tge covered wagon. It was a fun change from tent camping and was surprisingly comfortable!

Bruder muss los. Being real, not a great stay. The whole idea is great, the problem is how it's maintained and handled. The Tippi beds were slightly wet, you get a towel to clean that off tho. However 2 of the 4 beds were falling apart and we had to fix them ourselves before we were able to lay down. For a stay fee they give you sheets, blankets... but even that without love, no pillows, had to use a shirt wrapped around a towel as a pillow. Added it was way to cold for the equipment they give you, let me just say we each had our own blanket brought from the car and yet we were freezing throughout the night. On our roof was a wasp nest, was not a big issue to me, especially since it was still to cold for them, I think it will be there for the next guest too tho:) It would really not take a lot to upgrade and make the stay a cool tipi night, feels like the whole ranch included staff does not care to change that. And normally I'm not even that picky, however if I can say I slept better in my own tent in freezing temperatures 3000 meter elevation (I mean had a proper sleeping bag and mat) but I hope I'm warning everyone. At the end the biggest problem really was the temperatur, all the other things I would not complain about if it would not be for the crazy price!!! The price does not match at all what you receive, honestly that's the thing making me the most mad, it was one of my most expensive stays through my USA trip for that. Just warning everyone coming in cold times:)

Love the location and views, wish the bathrooms were bigger, more available stalls/ showers. But overall, this is a favorite spot!

we had driven from Ohio and were pretty tired upon arrival but had a nice meal and was able to book another night so we were able to enjoy hiking before leaving and finding a campsite. very nice staff.
