"Loved the location, close to the stadium and arenas, and the size of the apartment was great, 2 beds. It was easy to come from Union Station. Wish we had more time to explore the area. The AC would not go lower than 23 c and it was a heat wave. The couch/bed was very uncomfortable for sitting watching the TV for FIFA. I would rent again thou."

Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information."

"Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. "The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...

"Great location with on-site parking. However, checking in was a nightmare. Communication is last minute despite reaching. I was driving to Toronto not knowing whether I have a parking spot annd checking process. Phone will be answered by AI and if you ask for representative you will be holding for 30+ min (like I did) eventually solved issue over email. Expedia does not allow them to put an email to communicate so then send it to you without dots. Tgey won't give you check in instructions until...

"Very easy to Check-in /out. The apartment was very clean. Fridge , stove and cupboards are there if you want to bring food to warm up or cook."
