"My sisters and I booked a 2 bedroom cottage for a long weekend around Greenport. The listing said it was a 2 bedroom with queen beds but when I arrived I realized one room was only a full so one of us had to sleep on the pull out couch for us all to be comfortable. You also definitely need a car. It’s a 45 min walk from the train station so if you’re coming from the city it’s not a convenient location and it’s off a busy road. "Bed was very comfy and whole cottage was good. Few things were missing like no tissues or tissue box in the bedroom and no napkins in the kitchen. No hair dryer and office was closed so could not ask for it. The pond was a dirty pool of water and nothing like what shows up in the picture and hot tub was closed. Rest all was good"

"The cabin was in need of a lot of TLC and having spoken to another couple who had been here 20 years ago the felt the same. We would not return to this property even though the location was good for what we had planned. The owner seems to have done some upgrades ie 2 of the windows had been replaced recently but in my opinion the property is past its prime by a long shot. "I do not mind paying a little extra for having an individual cabin/cottage. This is what I thought I would be getting. Not knowing that the unit would be attached to another. Luckily there was no one next door but being right on the main road, it was very noisy because of the restaurant across the street.
