"The most amazing hotel I've had so far in Japan. Luxury tradition. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, would've loved to stay longer. Brought my 3 kids and husband, + my parents. Super authentic experience, very clean, great amenities (everything smelled so good). Great to be on the street across shops. The hotel welcomed us with tea and cookies as we waited for our room. The front desk even said goodbye/bowed to us outside the door as our transit drive away. Highly recommend. Will come...

"ที่พักดี สะอาด ใกล้สนามบิน เดินทางสะดวกสบาย ห้องอาหารเช้าดีมากๆๆๆๆ แต่ที่ไม่ให้ดาวเต็มคือ ห้องใกล้ๆ ว่างเยอะมาก แต่เจ้าหน้าที่เคาท์เตอร์จัดห้องสุดท้ายให้ เดินไกลมาก ทั้งๆ ที่เรามาเช็คอินเกือบเที่ยงคืนแล้ว เพราะเดินทางมาไกล ยังเดินสุดทางอีก น่าจะใช้วิจารณญาณสักหน่อย ไม่ให้ห้องไกลเกินไป"
