A very good hotel close to the Narita train stations. Staff was friendly, rooms were quiet and comfortable, free breakfast was good. Seems to be mostly Japanese businessmen that stay here. A little difficult to get to by walking from the train station; would recommend GPS navigation.

very close to keisei rail station. a few restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby. walking distance to the narita shrine. provides free breakfast and shuttle to/from airport which is a big plus. very good customer service from front desk (ishii san) who is very polite, cordial, and helpful.

駅からの距離は重い荷物の時　行きはヒイヒイ帰りは良い良いの感じです。朝食スタッフは最高の接客です。残念だけど受けての顧客はほとんど挨拶を返さないのが日本人として恥ずかしく思いました。勿論フロントの方たちも素晴らしく思います。

清潔感がありました。 一方、寝巻き（ガウン）がエレベーター前に置いてある事を知らずに下着のまま一晩過ごしてしまいました。またホテルのWi-Fiパスワード情報が部屋に書いてなかった気がします。利用できませんでした。あと、朝食のおかずがもう一声欲しいですね。物価高で大変だとは思いますが・・
