The room was spotless and the staff excellent… one of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. The Eggs Benedict were excellent… I travel to/through Japan several times a year and usually stay at Hotel Niko … until now. I think I’ve found my new favorite hotel. Conveniently located close to Narita Airport, this hotel is a great option for a quick stop between flights. While the property is a little dated, it’s clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an easy, comfortable layover stay.

This is a property close to the airport. We stayed here to relax a couple of days before we caught a flight home. The service people were very friendly and they spoke English well which was nice. The gym was pretty good and they had a nice pool to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice variety. The restaurant at the top had a nice view and the food was tasty, a nice way to end our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, convenient and pleasurable place to stay.

Airport shuttle was punctual. Room size is good. Bathroom is acceptable. Though said room upgraded, it was not modern upgrade but acceptable for price. Japanese dinners in restaurant were quite good. Staff very courteous. Check-in was fast as not too many people.
